Due to continued Company expansion, Kelly RAC is recruiting a Junior Administrator/ Receptionist for our Head Office in Ennis. There are two key responsibilities in this role: Reception Provide a courteous and efficient switchboard service Deal with internal and external queries accurately and efficiently in a timely manner General upkeep of office area and meeting room Order and maintain central stationery stock and order of the stationery room Provide administrative support for post and couriers Administration General administration duties Provide administration support to other departments within the office as required Organize and schedule meetings and events. The successful candidate will be: Exceptionally organized with the ability to assist senior administrators when required while maintaining support to the switchboard. Be proficient in Microsoft Office. A team player who enjoys a busy office environment. You will be positive, motivated and well-presented. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has completed an Office Administration course with one to two years’ experience in a busy office environment. |
